Longxin Group has started training on 92 graduates around three days from 12th to 14th July in 2016. They come to this company together with confusion and hope about future while from now on, they will begin their life with new chapters.

Expansion training
On 12th July, our company organized a series of activities in accordance with characteristics of college students in Longxin Jiayuan club, which belongs to our company’s property. We carried out some expansion training about students’ attitude to life, value of life and spirit of team work. Besides, we carried out “five-minute challenge” , “breath power” , “finger board” and “cross fire” to strengthen team work.

Vitality
On the evening of 12th July, a basketball match was held in Longxin Jiayuan Club. College students and company’s staff were divided into two teams and competed with each other. Finally, college students have won 49:47. During this match, two teams showed their dynamic and positive spirit and excellent team work.

Training
On 13rd July, there are many people attending the second-day training. They were as follows: party secretary and director of our company Chenzuxin, Labor Union chairman Bianqinhua, Board secretary and vice-president He Xiaojun, manager of security equipment department Shi Jinhao, deputy manager of HR Song Binbin, HR consultant Huang Liying, and Engineering manager of the sixteenth branch company Zhang Zhouqiang. They carried out different aspects of training about corporate culture, personnel system, management of employees’ entry, knowledge of professional evaluation and construction safety, cultivating architects, party relationship transfer and participation.
Mr Chen Zuxin talked about his experience about study, work and how can he start business of Longxin Group with his teammates. He wanted to encourage college students to make full use of the “Golden Time”from 8 to 10 pm to study for further for better future.

Mr He Xiaojun interpreted on corporate culture and gave full explanations on corporate spirit including mission, vision and core values by analyzing “Home Culture”. All the students were affected by positive energy.

Happy time
On the evening of 13rd July, our company held a banquet in Sijie Hotel to welcome college students. General Manager, Tang Aidong, along with other leaders and directors attended this banquet. The highlight of this banquet was that many students performing talent shows like singing or dancing.

Visit
On 14th July, the third day of training, all the students visited PC factory and industrial exhibition to know about building industrialization technology sty tem of our company. On the other hand, it was also a chance for them to identify their roles and positions in the company.

Conclusion
Representatives of college students shared their thoughts and feelings about what they get, what they touch, what they hope after training. Moreover, there were many students who performed well receiving certificates and awards from company.
